The double-grip strip ensures easy and smooth roll-on or a secure fit – even for nurses wearing gloves. The triple anti-leak system is designed to give you the best possible security. The triple anti-leak system consists of a push ring and sure grip ribs for secure connection to the collecting bag, an anti-kink bellow and stop kinks to ensure free flow, and flexible material. The urisheath is made of PSX silicone material, which is skin-friendly, soft and breathable, giving a secure fit and great wearing comfort. The Conveen Optima has inbuilt 'balanced' adhesive, which means it's reliable and skin-friendly. It makes the sheath fit securely to the penis and causes no skin irritations. Each sheath should not be worn for more than 24 hours. The easy-to-open packaging is smart and discreet. Conveen Optima comes in a compact lightweight plastic box, which can be disposed with normal household waste.

      My husband is a quadriplegic of 32 years. I believe this product has been one of the reasons he has done so well for this long. It helps in keeping him clean. Preventing break down of the skin that you may have when just using a diaper. This along with a bowel regimen we have been able to keep his skin very clean. He has never had a bad sore of any type.

      The anti-kink system doesn't work . Each time I've used one it develops a ink in the bellows . I still recommend its use .

      After trying several different brands, this works the best. With the right size, and if applied properly, it stays on very well. The pull tab make putting in on fast and easy.
