    TheraHoney Gel Honey Dressing from HealthyKin.com contains high sugar levels (87%), resulting in osmotic pressure that helps promote autolytic debridement of necrotic tissue, a moist wound healing environment, and helps rapidly reduce wound odor. It is recommended for use on partial and full-thickness wounds, leg ulcers, pressure ulcers, 1st and 2nd degree burns, diabetic foot ulcers, surgical wounds and trauma wounds under the supervision of a healthcare professional, and minor abrasions, lacerations, minor cuts, minor scalds and burns.

      This was recommended by my surgeon & I am really pleased with it. Also recommended was using silicone pads rather than gauze & they are amazing in both how they work, the ease of applying & their comfort. I would highly recommend the combination of both. Great product!
