      I absolutely love it! Ours heated up great and no problems. I fell down our stairs and twisted my leg underneath me. My doctor recommended ice until the swelling went down and then he said I could use heat. My friend loaned me her Thermotex Knee Infrared Heating pad and it worked so well I had her order me one. She went on line and found this one to be the best price. I am wondering why the man that wrote anonymously didn't send his back and get one that worked. He really missed experiencing a great product. I am still using it when time permits. Peggy young

      Horrible product, the heating pad only got "luke" warm at very best, I would give it negative stars if the system will allow it.
