      I was in the tub sitting on the bench when suddenly the whole thing collapsed with the hinge breaking free from the bench. I was very painfully injured and due to knees and legs disability and my right side back hitting the faucet it was painful and hard for my husband to help get me out. We are both in our 70s under the max weight max and would not recommend this product to elderly with mobility issues like ours.
