    Cardinal Health Insulated Hot/Cold Gel Packs from HealthyKin.com are reusable and are ideal for recurring hot and cold therapy needs. One-sided insulation directs therapy to the intended area while reducing temperature loss. For cold usage, store the pack ina freezer for approximately 2 hours before application. For hot therapy, warm the pack in a microwave according to the instructions printed on the package.

      I love that one side is insulated so I can cool the injured area without freezing my hand. I ordered the box of 24. My granddaughter and I made personalized covers for everyone in the family for Christmas. They all liked it

      Haven't had to use it yet, but have it at the ready if need arises. Was happpy with thhe visual looks of this gel pal. Want to give it a 5, but have use gel pack yet.

      I bought these to replace ones that finally wore out.. The new ones are made of flimsier material and have less gel in them, so they don't stay cold as long. Seems the quality has decreased.Otherwise great service.

      I love these. I've had a few for about 15 years and they were starting to leak, so I'd been trying to find them again. They stay colder than other ice packs I've tried and I love the bigger sizes for headaches or backaches. I have 5 in my freezer right now because I'll rotate through several when suffering from migraines and always want to have some that are ready to go.
