      Your collar is too generic- ie sizes S, M, Lg. I've had 3 C-Spine surgeries (the result of 33 years of Critical Care nursing) and I was always measured for neck circ and neck length. There is a big difference in fit when there are 2 measurements rather than 1. It fits better and gives me more support.
