      These pads are perfect for the bariatric patient. My husband weighs over 350 lbs, is mostly bed bound and is fecal incontinent. Bed pans were messy and left him with open pressure sores. I found that placing the larger portion to the front works best for his situation. I also used these in a pair of underpants when I ran out of diapers for him. Also good for urinary incontince.
