      My partner has dementia and is at times confused when he gets up at night, that is the reason for the "paper pants" - to keep his pj's dry. They are comfortable for him and pull up and feel more like underwear to him. I appreciate the swiftness of your delivery - thanks.

      Getting Dad to wear a "diaper" was a challenge even though after anal cancer surgery he was completely incontinent. These pull up briefs give him some dignity and keep his pants and bed clean. I can't recommend them enough!
