      We use a lot of alcohol pads at my house. Never had an issue with any of them being dry when they are opened. Just wish that these was bigger in size (I see that you have other alcohol pads that are bigger in size, Cardinal Health Alcohol Prep Pads), I can't wait to try those when I need alcohol pads again.
