      Works just as well as the BD at a better price. Only reason for not getting a 5 is the little blue adapter that we just throw away.

      Works great but I wish it didn't come with the little blue adapter packaged inside the syringe. I don't use the adapter and have to remove it before use. Probably comes this way so it doesn't get lost.

      I use this product to irrigate my sinuses with saline solution. Unlike other similar products which have a thick bulky plunger, this plunger is more compact, less bulky, and doesn’t bind up when used over multiple periods of times.
