Thera Silicone Skin Guard from HealthyKin.com soothes dry, cracked skin and lessens the appearance of redness. The silicone-rich formulation creates a breathable, water-resistant film to nourish skin and protect against urine, feces and excess moisture. Thera Silicone Skin Guard is great for daily use as a soothing, bedside moisturizer. It has a thinner viscosity to reduce the risk of skin tears and is ideal for perineal use. The gentle formula is ideal for fragile skin including neonates, diabetics and geriatrics. Thera Silicone Skin Guard is fragrance-free and dye-free to accommodate patient tolerances. It is formulated with natural compounds, such as bisabolol (commonly known as chamomile) and ginger root extract to penetrate the skin and reduce inflammation. Thera Silicone Skin Guard helps build skin integrity with a proprietary vitamin blend including, but not limited to vitamins B, C, and E. It is designed with an amino acid blend with compounds less than 500 Daltons in size to effectively penetrate through all layers of the skin.

My oncologist had me use this after radiation following breast cancer surgery. My tender skin was barely pink and no peeling which they told me to expect. I intend to keep it on hand!
