Reddie Brace Hinged Knee Brace from HealthyKin.com features a 1/8" neoprene wraparound configuration and strap tabs to provide ease of application. The posterior strap adjustment allows for one-time adjustment and proper positioning of the hinges. Removable dual axis polycentric hinges provide medial/lateral support. The Reddie Brace is available with open popliteal only. It is ideal for mild MCL and/or LCL sprains, mild arthritis, post arthroscopic menisectomy, or mild global instabilities.

This is exactly what I needed. It restrains excess lateral movement of my knee but still allows me to hike over difficult terrain. I just used it for a 60 mile backpack in the mountains.
