    Customer service response was quick when informed about a missing part from the order. I plan on oirdering additional supplies and equipment in the future. The commode is great when sharing the bathroom with others.

    Great, sturdy product. One star deducted because one of the back "tubes" on the main body was not round, making it impossible to insert the back support. I didn't try to contact customer service because my inlaws were due to arrive in a couple of days and we needed to just make do. Otherwise a very sturdy product that worked well.

    Best bedside commode for the money. The legs adjust in height allowing us to tip our daughter backwards just a bit for comfort. This is a good product.
