    I haven't had it long, but I have used it twice when I had severe muscle pain in my neck, moving up the side of my head, on its way to becoming a migraine. I rubbed biofreeze on my neck and head, even in my hairline, and it relieved the horrendous pain I was having. I will use it again, definitely.
