    Therapeutica Sleeping Pillow Sizing:
    • Use a ruler to take measurements for proper sizing of pillows
    • Hold the ruler level and measure from the base of the neck to the outside tip of the humerus bone (see image above)
    • Choose the smaller size if your measurement falls on the line between two sizes
    • Petite: 4¼" - 5¼"
    • Average: 5¼" - 6¼"
    • Large: 6¼" - 7¼"

    This pillow has ended my shoulder, neck, as well as hip pain. It must be the alignment that takes place while you sleep. It took only two nights for me to become accustomed to it, and I look forward not only to a great sleep but waking with no pain. I recommended it to a friend and she ordered one. This is the only pillow I will ever own. I may get a second one soon so there will always be one available.

    This is my fourth or fifth Therapeutica. It's the one thing that keeps me comfortably supported while sleeping on my side. I do tend to wear one side out faster than the other, something to watch for. I am a massage therapist and recommend these to clients often, generally with good success. (It goes into the luggage first when traveling too!)

    I have had chronic pain in my neck and shoulders for maybe 30 years. It was getting worse and my chiropractor encouraged me to buy this pillow. I am doing a lot of things to address this. The pillow seems to be helping. I, at least don't have to keep fussing around to make my pillow work anymore. This one seems to support me in just the way I need it.

    I ordered the pillow for my husband, he has disk issues in his neck. Wow, he really likes the pillow. He sleeps so much more restful and doesn't snore any more, an added bonus I didn't expect.

    This pillow was recommended by my physical therapist. I have used the pillow for less than a week. I am trying to adjust to the new fit. I have paid a lot of money for pillows and so far it has given me some relief.

    I just purchased a second pillow for my travel trailer, so I never go without it! My husband and I both sleep on the therapeutic pillow and swear by it. Also Healthy Kin is an excellent company to deal with - they are very customer service oriented.

    I was looking to replace a pillow that was similar to this one. I like the style but find that it doesn't work well for me laying on my side. It's great for laying on my back and supporting my neck.

    Since receiving this pillow I have slept more hours per night and have slept more hours per night on my back than before. I like the firmness, but it is not painfully firm like some pillows. Be sure you measure correctly going down the size if you are right on the edge of the measurement, like they instruct. My husband didn't do that and his pillow is a bit to tall for him, but he is trying to get used to it. He said next time he would have gone to the smaller size. It has also helped our shoulder soreness from sleeping on our sides. GREAT PILLOW DESIGN!

    I love this pillow. I sleep on my side and this is perfect for keeping my spine in line. Just be sure you measure carefully. As the site suggests, if you are between two sizes, go with the smaller. Very quick delivery and great pricing.
