Because you sleep on your back, side, or both, this pillow was created to work for each sleeping position. The ergonomic design offers correct support and stability in sleeping posture.     Therapeutica Sleeping Pillow Sizing:
    • Use a ruler to take measurements for proper sizing of pillows
    • Hold the ruler level and measure from the base of the neck to the outside tip of the humerus bone (see image above)
    • Choose the smaller size if your measurement falls on the line between two sizes
    • Petite: 4¼" - 5¼"
    • Average: 5¼" - 6¼"
    • Large: 6¼" - 7¼"

    This is now the third pillow we have bought. We bought three different sizes. Now everyone in the house has a therapeutically pillow. This is a fantastic pillow. Do yourself a huge favor and purchase one. You'll be glad you did!

    I am extremely happy with this pillow. Immediately I saw my neck pain getting better. In fact, the pillow is so wonderful my father ordered one for his neck pain. And yesterday I ordered a third pillow for my husband. If you suffer from neck pain, please order this pillow and you will get relief.

    This pillow is awesome! Yes, it looks weird. But it totally supports your neck and head. I love sleeping on my side, but find most pillows don't have adequate support to maintain neck alignment. This one does. Goodbye headaches! I find the back sleeping space in the middle quite relaxing. I wasn't initially so sure about that design, but it's actually fantastic. All in all, this pillow really helps to relieve all those stress points from the curves and twists of my scoliosis. I highly recommend this pillow!

    I bought this for my son for Christmas. It was a replacement for one he's had for years. He said it was wonderful and he slept better than he had in months. The pillow came as advertised; very prompt shipping and the box came in excellent condition. I would definitely purchase this item again as soon as this one wears out and from the same business.     I love this pillow it was recommended to me by my chiropractor. It supports my neck rather I am on my back or on my side sleeping. I don't go anywhere without it. I have even two of my daughters that now use this pillow as well. I have had a bad neck pain for years due to a car accident from 30 years ago and partly from the two jobs I have had for over 20 years, hairdresser and office work (typing all day) two of the worst jobs to have for neck and shoulder pain. This pillow has been one of the best purchases I have ever made!

    I am a fit 52 year old female and I just love this pillow! My neck and shoulder pain are gone! My husband also has this pillow because of his snoring and it has completely stopped as well! We originally got the pillow for his snoring and when he was not using it, I tried it out and my neck and back and arms and hands always felt better. I also experienced numbness in my left wrist and sometimes I would lose all strength in it. I have a grandchild and often felt sharp pains in my wrist and top of my hand when I would pick her up and was afraid I would drop her. My back and especially between my shoulder blades was extremely tight and my massage therapist helped but it never went away. Over the years it got worse and worse. I tried yoga and weights and they helped but not completely. Who would have thought it was my pillow causing all these problems! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
