Because you sleep on your back, side, or both, this pillow was created to work for each sleeping position. The ergonomic design offers correct support and stability in sleeping posture.     Therapeutica Sleeping Pillow Sizing:
    • Use a ruler to take measurements for proper sizing of pillows
    • Hold the ruler level and measure from the base of the neck to the outside tip of the humerus bone (see image above)
    • Choose the smaller size if your measurement falls on the line between two sizes
    • Petite: 4¼" - 5¼"
    • Average: 5¼" - 6¼"
    • Large: 6¼" - 7¼"
    • Extra Large: 7¼" +

    I received my pillow using express shipping and was so happy to get it. I owned an identical one that I bought seven years ago from my chiropractor.     Great pillow! I find it very comfortable to go from side sleeping to back sleeping and back again. I swear by it and have even bought the travel pillow. Be sure you get the correct size, however. The first one I bought was a large because I measured for that size...barely. Later, somewhere, I read that if you are on the edge between 2 sizes you should go with the smaller one. I whole heartedly agree.

    I've been sleeping on Therapeutica pillows for years, from the time that I was first given one by my chiropractor. Years of computer work have made my back touchy, and this pillow is the best I have found to give my neck, shoulders, and body true rest at night. I'd recommend them to anyone, particularly if you have neck or back problems of any kind.
