    Started with a regular per recommendation from my chiropractor over ten years ago. Graduated to the firm pillow the past 3 years. I find I can get twice the use out of it. This is the only pillow that addresses my neck problems. It comes in my suitcase wherever I go.

    It’s a good pillow for neck issues however it just doesn’t hold up for more than a month. Unfortunately, I can’t afford a new pillow every month. I’ve been using this brand for years and the quality of the foam can’t hold up for more than a few weeks
