    When I first ordered these, I was very satisfied with the protection, fit, etc. So I ordered 2 more cases, and they were not the same quality as the first. The acquisition layer that absorbs the fluid was not completely attached to the outer layer. So I literally had to glue the underwear together. Very disappointed.

    I use these for my disabled wife. They have been a blessing to help manage her incontinence. However, like some other reviewers have said, they do not protect all night. I have to keep the bed padded to protect it during the night.
