    Probably the best i have found. Large capacity, absorbent, with good seal around legs to prevent spillage. Still can spill over waist (doesn't exactly conform to body shape).

    So far so good, nighttime, the medium is a bit big for my mom, would order small next case load. Added pad for longer night sleep.

    My mom has severe alzheimers and is incontinent. During the daytime she uses the lighter diapers but at night she would soak through the previous diapers onto the bed liner. Tranquility is the only nightime absorbent diaper I have found, rarely leaks through.
