    These overnight Traquility underwear are the best! They truly hold a LOT of urine. I also use the Topliner Super Booster pad with the underwear on my mom before bed and it really helps keep the wetness from her skin. They are by far the best I have found. They are the only company that will list the quantity of liquid that they absorb. Been using them for over a year now. Would not switch.

    I think its a good product..not great. It does not prevent leakage with heavy incontinence, but probably most underwear don't. I have tried a couple other brands for my mother and the tranquility underwear was better than the other two.
