    Works well for overnight use. Much better than regular Absorbent underwear. I would suggest that the product be clearly marked so user knows which is front or back of garment.

    These are the very best pull on incontinence underwear I have every tried. I have tried about 4-5 other brands trying to save a few dollars. It has cost me more in the end. These really hold a lot of urine. The reason for only a 3 star rating is that the last 2 cases I have bought haven't been gathered in the crotch. Only one side has been gathered. I reach out to both Healthy-kin and Tranquility. Both have said that I should contact the other. They will leak out the side that is not gathered at all. I find this part irritating.
