    Tubigrip Elastic Tubular Support Bandage from HealthyKin.com provides tissue support in the treatment of strains and sprains, soft tissue injuries, joint effusions, general edema, post- burn scarring and rib cage injuries and is also used for pressure dressings and arm fixation.

    Tubigrip is made from cotton with covered elastic threads laid into the fabric to form free-moving spirals. The fabric is available in two colors – natural shade and flesh shade.

    Tubigrip provides lasting, effective support with complete freedom of movement for the patient. Once the bandage has been applied, covered elastic threads within the fabric move to adjust to the contours of the body and distribute pressure evenly over the surface. Fitting is quick and easy. Tubigrip stays securely in position without pins or tapes, unlike conventional crepe bandages.

    As it can easily be reapplied after washing, without loss of effect. Tubigrip is particularly useful for outpatients and in the community. Tubigrip reduces wastage, as only the exact amount required is cut from the roll. Apply with a 2–3cm overlap.

    I first bought this product in the U.K. after a broken wrist but was disappointed that I could not find it in the stores in the U.S. so went on line and bought from HealthyKin. I have since had need of a compression bandage for my knee so I went back to HealthyKin. Great product and Very Fast Service.

    If you went to purchase this product in a store it is very expensive and you have to know the length you want at time of purchase. from Healthy Kin you can cut the size you need. Great for keeping a leg dressing in place and light compression.
