    This is the 2nd one I’ve had in 2 years. The first and the Recent one do not stay tight when in use. Today walking through the Library of Congress in DC on a tour, I had to tighten it 3 times. The first one that my daughter has purchased did the exact thing consistently. The other issue was the really poor quality of the rubber tip. I began to hear a tap as I walked. The center smaller part had worn off. The cane my daughter bought was to replace mine which was stolen. I then bought a new one to replace it thinking the one she got was just a fluke. Well I got the exact one . I haven’t had it very long. Quality of item is very disappointing. The loosening of the screw while being used is very frustrating.

    The cane does not hold it collapse, very cheap. so I just didn't feel like sending back. it does not lock when you line it up with the holes.

    I bought this cane to help with poor balance and walking weakness secondary to low back pain. The cane is well made and very inexpensive. I would recommend it to any anyone. The service was also excellent. It would be nice to include a note on how to clean the foam grip.
