    Other positive reviews have said it all, but apparently not since 2017. We have been using this product for some years, having bought a few cases of 12 from Healthy Kin. Case arrives quickly, in good condition each time. The cream is the same each time. Each order has uniformly been satisfactory.

    I love this moisturizing cream. My husband was given a tube of this product while in the hospital. I was hooked the first time I used it. We asked for another tube to take home after he was discharged. When it was gone I searched on line for it and bought six more tubes. When this order runs out I plan to buy more!

    Best moisturizer! You won't be disappointed with your purchase. I've tried numerous brands for my dry skin due to high altitude location and it worked wonders for myself and husband on our dry, cracked hands and soles of our feet. A little goes a long way, as it is a luxurious moisturizer that does not leave an oily film once absorbed.

    Five years ago I had an open wound on one leg on the inner ankle. Saw a Wound Care Specialist for six months. After the wound care nurse applied treatment to the wound, she spread a heavy coat of Secura away from the wound to the leg (toes to below the knee). Once done, she wrapped my leg in three layers (ace bandage was the last layer). These layers remained on my leg for one week. After that, the treatment and using Secura was repeated (for 6 months). During that time, the skin on my foot and leg stayed soft; skin was not damaged. I had just about used all 6 ounces of Secura cream I saved. Could not find the cream in local stores so was very pleased that I could order it online.

    Best moisturizing cream ever! Only cream to heal and mainatain my dry, cracked feet and hands when living in the high, arid desert. As a healthcare worker, I use this product and recommend it to patients.

    This is THE BEST moisturizing cream I have ever used by far - and as a nurse with dry skin, I've tried everything! It absorbs in just moments and never leaves a slick or oily feel afterwards, even with subsequent hand washings. The moisturizing effect lasts for hours, but even frequent applications do not result in a build-up of the product. This is my third order in three years and this time I order a whole case so I can feel free to use it on my entire body!! LOVE IT!!!

    Was given a tube of Secura Moisturizing cream after a hospital stay. I have a moderate psoriasis condition and this cream worked so well for me I asked my wife to order more. It is a great moisturizer and I highly recommend!!

    This is great for extremely dry skin. Have used it for two years now since chemo in the hospital. That's where I got the first use. Is very thick but will disperse easily on the warm skin. AM NOT ALLERGIC TO I!

    My elderly mother has bad edema in her lower legs and feet due to sluggish valves in her veins which led to sores on her shins. This is the only cream that keeps those shins healthy and healed under her compression hose. She has tried moisturizers, creams, lotions - you name it, but this is the one that works. Good job, Smith & Nephew.

    This product works great on dry and cracked skin on feet. It is also good for dry areas caused from wound treatment to keep area soft and moist. It absorbs quickly into dry skin areas and leaves no greasy film on your hands. I just ordered more for my wife to use. Will definatley tell others about this product.
