    delivered on time. my 2nd purchase and like the email updates to track. Good flavor, have a one at least once a day but it takes awhile to get albumin/protein levels to 3 plus.

    great drink with a good protein amount. Not real diabetic friendly, would like to see same product with lower carbs/sugar but with the good protein amount.
